¿Qué haremos?

1. Esta propuesta la iremos adaptando según tú requieras. Antes de encontrarnos te enviaré una información básica, para que decidas mejor la forma de tu experiencia.

2. Al encontrarnos, tendré el honor de entregarte, en un sencillo ritual, el conocimiento sagrado del Calendario Maya acerca de tu K’in o energía personal, acerca de lo cual iremos dialogando durante la experiencia (es el Calendario Maya Tradicional, no el de Arguelles).

3. Saldremos hacia el sitio elegido. En el trayecto conversaremos de la sabiduría maya, desde tus intereses y a la luz de tu k’in.

4. Haremos un saludo maya antes de entrar al sitio ancestral y caminaremos interpretando lo esencial de sus maravillosos símbolos y legados, en clave del auto-desarrollo humano.

5. Opcionalmente, compartiremos alimentos tradicionales de la región, dialogando, acerca de los principios de una alimentación natural, según las costumbres de los mayas ancestrales.

6. Opcional: Viajaremos a un siguiente sitio, siguiendo los pasos 2 y 3

7. Concluiremos con un sencillo gesto ritual para entregarte un regalo: la imagen de tu glifo maya, con una síntesis del significado de tu K’in.

Acompañante Mi nombre autóctono es Juan Manuel Uk Bej. Soy maya yucateco, nacido en Mérida. A los 20 años de edad comencé a redescubrir y recuperar mi raíz y mi corazón maya y a formarme como Aj-k’in, con la ayuda de sabios mayas de varias regiones del Mayab He tenido la dicha de acompañar durante más de 30 años a personas, familias y grupos, en sus procesos de desarrollo humano, en clave maya. What will we do?

1. What I present to you here is just a proposal, which we will adapt as you require. Before we meet, I will send you some basic information, so you can better decide the shape of your experience.

2. When we meet, at the agreed place, I will have the honor of giving you, in a simple ritual gesture, the sacred knowledge of the Mayan Calendar about your K’in or personal energy, about which we will dialogue throughout this experience. This is the original or traditional Mayan Calendar (note: not the one by José Arguelles).

3. We will go on a trip to the first place. During the journey we will talk about Mayan culture and wisdom, from your interests and particularly from the main myths, in preparation for the visit we will make and in the light of your k’in.

4. We will give a simple Mayan greeting before entering the ancestral city and we will walk through it interpreting the essentials of its wonderful symbols and legacies, in the key of human self-development and according to your concerns and inspirations.

5. Optionally, we will share some traditional and healthy foods from the region, discussing the principles of natural nutrition, according to the healthy customs of the ancient Mayans.

6. Optional: We will travel to the next site, following steps 2 and 3.

7. We will conclude with a simple ritual gesture to give you a gift: the image of your Mayan glyph, with a summary of the meaning of your K’in.

My Mayan name is Juan Manuel Uk Bej. I am Yucatecan Mayan, born in Mérida. At 20 years of age I began to rediscover and recover my Mayan roots and heart and to train as Aj-k’in, with the help of Mayan wise men from various regions of the Mayab. I have had the joy of accompanying persons, families, groups and communities for more than 30 years in their human development processes, in a Mayan key. I will be very happy to facilitate and accompany your experience through Universal Mayan Wisdom.
